Home Health Aide

To qualify as a home health aide we require qualifications to meet Federal and State requirements

  • You are state tested; or
  • You have completed a 75-hour training program; or
  • You have a minimum of 1-year experience in the last 3 years, in a related field such as nurse aide or previous experience in home health.

Registered Nurse

To qualify as a High Point Home Health Nurse, You must possess a valid RN license in the state of Ohio. Our RN’s are trained by our organization with other trained field RN’s. RN’s responsible for implementing a Plan of Care that is specific to the Goals of each Patient. RN’s visit patients in their homes and are responsible for the patients’ total nursing care with the assistance of supportive staff.

Licensed Practical Nurses

Our LPN’s work on hourly cases in the patient’s homes. We do a patient-specific orientation for each nurse to each case in which they will be providing care. To qualify for a position you must have a valid LPN license in the state of Ohio and preferably at least one year of experience within home care.

Physical Therapists

Physical Therapists provide professional physical therapy to patients in their own homes per physicians’ orders. To qualify as a Physical Therapist in-home care, you must possess a valid Physical Therapist license in the State of Ohio. Possess a Bachelor Science Nursing degree in Physical Therapy and have a minimum of one year of home health experience

Occupational Therapists

Occupational Therapists provide professional Occupational Therapy to Patients in their own homes per physicians’ orders. To qualify as an Occupational Therapist in-home care, you must possess a valid Occupational Therapist license in the State of Ohio. Possess a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree in Occupational Therapy and have a minimum of one year of home health experience.
