Get to know us
High Point Home Health was founded in October 2001 in the dining room of our administrator, Ami Harshfield, and has grown quickly into our new location at 180 Reynolds in Bellefontaine. We are family-owned and locally operated and take pride in getting to know our clients so that we can provide only the best possible services.
High Point Home Health coordinates care in the home for families, physicians, hospitals, managed care organizations and patients of all ages in Logan County and surrounding areas.
High Point Home Health offers a complete suite of services, including skilled intermittent home health care on a per-hour or per-visit basis. All of our service providers are caring professionals, including Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Therapists. We also offer Home Health Aides and Homemaker services on an hourly basis or long-term intervals.
